ABOUT THE JOB

Havet Kulturarena is searching for individuals who can assist in developing and operating saunas at ARK, our floating village, and Árdna, one of the world's largest saunas. We seek engaged, curious, and creative individuals to contribute to our team! Comprehensive training and workshops will be conducted in early February, allowing us to collectively develop a program and operational plan.

HAVET is an transformed industrial space that has become a renowned art and cultural project. HAVET hosts the some of the city's coolest scenes: In Djupet, you can experience some of Norway's biggest artists. Langhuset is a unique concert and theater venue. Árdna is the city's only sauna amphitheater, and Heim is our intimate cafe stage.

What will you do?

● Manage and quality assure the offers and operations of ARK and Árdna at all levels and bar operation.

● Regularly communicate with customers and handle group bookings.

● Ensure that all customers have a positive experience and convey HAVET's vision of a lively social cultural venue in your work.

● Contribute to developing concepts and "Sauna Sessions" for our saunas.

● Follow up on projects and create a cultural program and experiences that customers can engage with.

● Maintain and upkeep the premises so that they are ready for customers, may include snow removal, ice chopping, cleaning, and carrying wood.

● Actively collaborate with the rest of the team.

ABOUT YOU (Desired qualifications):

● Experience working in a team.

● Curious and creative mindset, willingness to contribute with your own ideas.

● A working style that makes it predictable for others to collaborate with you.

● Fluent in English and/or Norwegian.

● Experience in customer service.

● Good physical condition.

● Able to swim
